I think we'll have crispy fish fillets and I'll try making some potato pancakes. Salad on the side.

I'll probably stir-fry some leftover udon noodles with some leftover extra firm tofu in a bit of soy sauce, and get rid of the Chinese broccoli and quarter of an onion in my fridge in the process, also.

Hubby is cooking tonight. I don't know what he's fixing but from what he's purchased and prepped, it involves chicken thighs, onions, bell peppers and jalapenos, and curry leaves.

What I want - fast food (the McDonald's thread is getting to me )

What I will probably have - a tossed salad. Have some lettuce to get rid of (garbage day is tomorrow so if it doesn't get eaten today, out it goes) and I have some chopped tomato, cucumbers, carrots, cheddar cheese, and some croutons to put on it too. I'm still debating on the dressing - either Hidden Valley Ranch, or Olive Garden Italian. You guys want to decide for me?

aughhh! sick of snow, sick of comfort foods and hearty fare. Will probably just heat some of the leftover chicken thighs from the other night and steam a green veggie and call it good enough.

A light & fit strawberry Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita bread with healthy-style margarine & cream cheese and a mug of English breakfast tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of 1% milk.
