Breaded chicken breast because it disappeared the other day Oven potatoes (pealed, quartered, boiled until they are half done, baked with butter/olive oil, salt, caraway until they are golden crunchy and fluffy on the inside), big salad, some veggetable. A glas of port for desert.
Last night was beef and black bean nachos for the kids and husband. I had Fried eggs with sliced peppers and tomatoes on low carb lavash bread with a little Muenster cheese. It was eggs-elent
