Tonight spice cake with whipping cream and espresso coffee.....oh wait....wrong dream
Thinking garlic breaded chicken legs with mashed potatoes,green beans and carrots sauteed in butter and flavored with tarragon. To drink a glass of red wine. For dessert fried banana slices with cinnamon sugar.
Tonight it will be the leftover chili over baked potatoes and topped with cheddar, chives and a dollop of sour cream, tomato, baby shrimp and cucumber salad and pumpkin spice bars for dessert.
So, I'm planning to make Paula Deen Beef Stroganoff, although it is sort of labor intensive. I just had a steroid injection in the back, so if the meds wear off, I might change my mind.
Super easy dinner and it's a kid favorite around here. Shrimp cocktail and corn on the cob. Its the very end of the corn and I am so throughly sick of it. I'll recover by next summer!
