Trader Joe's orange chicken with brown rice. Also had a kale and broccoli salad on the side with pomegranate kernels sprinkled in.

I can't take credit for it. I just happened to have it for dinner. It looks so good cooked in that old copper dish I had to share.

It's the zuppa di pesce, recipe from 1872, at De Gemma in Amalfi

It had monkfish, sea bream, mackerel and some other kind of fish I am not familiar with. Mussels, clams, shrimp, langoustine and cuttlefish

It was very good.

We had cheese stuffed ravioli to start. The chef hand makes it there. It was some of the best ravioli I have ever had, silky smooth.

I generally don't even take pictures of food when out but....again that was too good to pass up.

Marie Callendars chicken pot pies- they should be outa the oven in 3 mins! its been a long day - can't wait-
I think I will top em off with a touch of BBQ sauce for that flaky golden crust!

We are preparing a hearty beef chili tonight, with cornbread on the side. Pumpkin pie for dessert.

I have about a lb of Costco frozen (raw) shrimp and half a lb of frozen scallops to use up. Will end up in kabobs tonight. In a carrot/ginger marinade I tried as a salad dressing, that wasn't quite what I was looking for. Will make a good marinade though.
