Today we had one of our favorites for breakfast, Sourdough Pancakes made from our home-milled hard red Spring wheat flour. Topped with a blueberry, maple, pineapple syrup, along with a big mug of coffee.
Oatmeal with a sprinkling of cinnamon, a tablespoon of sugar & a bit of nonfat milk together with a small cup of chocolate almond milk
