Today we had overnight oatmeal that I prepared last night. It was old-fashioned oats, dried cranberries, a touch of maple syrup, a few walnuts crushed and almond milk. Wonderful with a hot cup of coffee!
For the first time ever I made homemade cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing. I just pulled them out of the oven and they smell amazing and look divine. There's a bright side to being stuck at home, I'm becoming quite the bread baker. My family is getting spoiled.
