Raisin Bran cereal with blackberries, a cinnamon roll, and coffee.

Today's breakfast was a bowl of multi-grain hot cereal. It is quinoa, brown rice, wheat berries and steel-cut oats. Served with almond milk, a bit of maple syrup, dried cranberries, a cut up orange and a banana. Also a big mug of hot coffee.
