Had leftover white rice. Steamed a bowl of white rice. Fried two eggs so white is firm and yolk is soft. Placed eggs on rice and added a dash of soy sauce.
I made a quick dish of tortellini with peas and spinach in a creamy parmesan sauce sprinkled with crispy proscuitto. Very rich, but oh so good!
