Lunch was baby shrimp and rice/carrots/mushrooms from a local Japanese place with the family. Not a place I'd go to on my own, but a good break from the usual routine I have now.
Will sautee beef chunks and then put in pot of water. Add in onion, carrots, potatoes, whole mushrooms, a couple green beans and curry cubes called "Golden Curry" sauce mix.
When cooked, will eat with a small serving of jasmine rice (microwaved minute rice).
Made a pot of bean soup, mix of beans & legumes, it was very good & spicy.
