My company hosted a catered lunch for us today, which was from a local barbecue restaurant. I had some slices of beef brisket covered with barbecue sauce, 2 barbecued chicken legs, some sauteed/steamed vegetables (carrots, peas and mushrooms) and mashed potatoes. Diet Pepsi to drink.
I had a biscuit and 2 original recipe drumsticks and some lemonade from Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch.
A thin sliced chicken & veggie sandwich on Ciabatta bread with potato salad.
