orzo with grilled yellow squash, grilled zucchini, ground chicken seasoned with salt & pepper and a couple of shakes of Everything but the bagel seasoning, slivered almonds, lemon vinagrette. The original recipe called for grape tomatoes - couldn't find any that were decent at the store when I shopped. I also added the ground chicken cuz I wanted protein.

This will be a major part of the lunch rotation.
