This is now tomorrow's dinner. Got caught up in work and forgot to make it. It would have been 8 before we'd eat the darn thing. I had soup instead. I did make it though and it's ready to go in the oven tomorrow. Husband was happy - he wasn't feeling "loafy" anyway. (Or so he said - he's being nice because I felt like a total idiot.)

I've been cooking sporadically, but not a lot of online time these days. Miss you ladies and gents!

Made a chicken teriyaki stir fry with steamed rice. (Should call it veggie teriyaki stir fry, with a little bit of chicken! LOL)

I roasted a Boston Butt Pork Roast Shoulder. Man, did that ever come out good! I've only ever used it for pulled pork before. We will be having this again. Served with extra cheesy Au Gratin potatoes and asparagus.

I had some chuck steak in the freezer. I ran it through the slice on the food processor while still pretty frozen. Made Beef Stroganoff. I don't make it often, because husband doesn't really care for creamy sauces. He loved it! I'll be making that again too.

I have to keep my kitchen clean for 36 hours so I think tonight's dinner will be take-out samosas and lamb saag from the Indian place.

Turnip pancakes? Sounds good. Another new thing for me to try. Maybe for Easter or another time. Anyway I am making breakfast for dinner, eggs with cheese, toaster waffles and hash brown patties.
