Beef burger with sliced onion/s (red and Mayan sweet), pickle, some Duke's light with olive oil mayo, melted cheese (provolone).
Small glass of wine.

I couldn't finish my burger. Saved it for another day.

Last night had BBQ tri tip steaks and roasted asparagus. Boys had mashed potatoes and I had a big salad.

Tonight was supposed to be baby back ribs, but we met friends for a late lunch at Cheesecake Factory and we don't think we will be hungry for dinner.

I'll eat the other half of my Superfood Salad for dinner and the boys can eat their left overs and rummage for food.

Amy's Chili Mac (organic rice, pasta, beans, tofu, cheese) on honey wheat sandwich thins ... kind of a meatless sloppy Joe.
