We will keep it simple: pork chops, some asparagus and a nice mashed sweet potato.. spoiled brat says I have been fixing way too many fresh veggies, but of course he never complains about too many kinds of fruit.

Tonight creamy cauliflower soup and as a main meal German pancakes with a choice of unsweetened apple sauce,blueberry compote or fresh diced mangoes. To drink a glass of milk.

Here's the blueberry cobbler I made yesterday. It was so pretty in a rustic way that I wanted to share. We ate it with smoked beef hot dogs and old-fashioned vinegar cole slaw.

Will probably pan fry some angus steaks (they are thin-ish), carmalized onions and a frozen Birds Eye protein veggie mix. I am not food oriented these last few days..... it happens.
