Tonight for myself leftover green lentil soup while the others are having a "Strammer Max"/"Strong Max".
Rye or farmer bread/Bauernbrot with butter, black forest ham, prosciutto or Westphalian ham,2 fried eggs, black pepper and a dill pickle finely sliced for decoration. Served with red radish and onion salad. To drink sour lemon water or beer and for me lassi. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

first time cooking in 2 weeks. I am really looking forward to getting back into the swing of things/ We are having stuffed hamburger patties with mushrooms and cheese, plus gravy, small new potatoes, and cold slaw. I might do a veggie but am not sure.

Leftover spaghetti gravy from Sunday and a fresh locally grown micro green salad.

A bottle of Nebbiolo to wash it all down.
