Our appetizer is sprouted young coconut. We brought them back as a toy for the dog, so he husked it for us and now we are eating it. First time I've eaten them like this, they get solid in the middle.

One of the better all around Italian restaurants (if not the best) ...food, drinks, ambience, service..in the area.
My parents started going to the original location in the Italian enclave of the Chambersburg section of Trenton, NJ in the 1950s.
Same fam still owns it...but they moved to this new locale.
Hope your anniversary dinner was delicious!

Brown sugar meatloaf, mashed potatoes, pan fried apples. Desert was salted butterscotch ice cream. A bit heavy on the carbs, but I’ve been tiling today and doing yard work.
