giving up on the defrosted freezer crap and am doing a real meal today. We are having Chinese food. Bok choy, fried rice, and egg rolls. I do still have some pork roast we defrosted so am using some of it for lunch and the rest will be put to bed in the nice warm trash can.
I am making pepperoni pizza tonight for the kids and I think I will have a lean cuisine. The husband is away all week for work again.
By making pizza I really mean I bought a crust, Stonefire brand, and I will put sauce, cheese and pepperoni on it.

I am making a go at making pizza crust again, kidlet's (the 6 foot kidlet ) will probably just have pepperoni, we wil have lots of veggies and turkey pepperoni. DH will throw that bad boy on the grill (pizza, NOT kidlet).

I have to work late tonight so I made finger food that the mister can manage and eat whenever he gets ready:
mini lobster rolls; cucumber and tomato slices with fresh basil and goat cheese crumbles (topped with chili lime seasoning); shoestring fries and pineapple sorbet.
Smoked salmon and spinach quiche. Carrot and yogurt salad.
Brownies with walnuts and vanilla ice cream for the men.
