finally got power back on late Sunday night after being out since early Friday morning. Lost the fridge contents but I hadn't done the weekly shopping, so it wasn't too painful. Everything in the freezer stayed rock hard, thankfully! Pulled out a couple of pork chops and thawed them for dinner and had some green beans with those.

Tonight, no idea. I have to go to the store and restock.

We are having hot dogs and pinto beans. Again, it is something that has been in the freezer for ages. One of these days, hopefully by tomorrow all the stuff I took out will be eaten and I can go back to cooking normally.

Glad to hear you are doing better. Take care of yourself!

Tonight I am making torsk and a large salad. I am debating on making some kind of rice pilaf. That will depend on how motivated I am tonight.

I’m out of spaghetti sauce in the freezer, so I think I’ll make a big batch of sauce and meatballs for dinner, with a nice salad and focaccia bread.
