Wilted mustard greens, orichette pasta, and small white beans in a garlicy sauce, served with shaved Romano cheese, a big, rustic, loaf of Rosemary bread.
Chicken enchiladas with home made sauce from roasted chilis (red bell, poblamo, serano, anaheim and jalapeno). Turned out hotter than I wanted but hoping all the other ingredients will off set that.
