Shredded chicken with coleslaw in a flip over type wrap.
Snapple Iced tea
Dessert: mini Phili cherry cream cheese
@ Chessgeek - glad to hear turkey burgers back in stock. Finally got a bottle of Ballast Point Sculpin IPA.
Asked DH to get me another next time he goes back to store to do the mix & match 6 pack. It's quite good.
Tried to rep, but powers to be said I need to spread it around some more first.
So many dinners and desserts I've read and secretly wished I had that instead. Oh well, it definitely gives me ideas for other days

Hi cat! Thanks! I'm sure your dinner was delicious! I'm glad you liked that beer. Agree it is real good.

I have some chicken marinating in my version of a jerk marinade. I will grill those I tonight. I will make a salad out of the odds and ends in the vegetable drawer. I also pulled out some leftover homemade rice pilaf I had frozen.
the seafood sausage last night was.....not to my taste. Thank goodness for cauliflower!
Tonight is a Thai-flavored chicken with cabbage & mushrooms in a red curry sauce.
