Congrats to the Eagles on their Super Bowl win! Was a great game. Never a dull moment!

I snacked a lot earlier in the day, so three slices of chicken, bacon, garlic and mushroom pizza were sufficient for dinner. Drank English Ales Dragonslayer IPA.

Last night's buffalo shrimp with blue cheese, celery and carrot sticks. This is the eleven year old's plate on the coffee table. We ate while we watched The Pats go down in flames.


Tonight's dinner will be the roast beef dinner my husband was supposed to cook Saturday. Instead he decided to paint the dining room. We ordered pizza. The dining room looks nice though!

Try replacing some of the chicken stock with white wine.

Oven baked potatoe wedges, steamed cabbage with slices of smoked ham. Maybe a small fruit salad with brandy.

I have a gorgeous thick rib eye steak for 2, French fries, roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic.

Tonight we are having grilled baby lamb chops, lemon-garlic roasted asparagus, avocado & tomato bruschetta and baked apple pie roll-ups for dessert.
