We may be having an ice storm late this afternoon and into tonight, so I just want to stay home and enjoy a casserole with a salad. I think it will be Tuna Casserole cause that is one of spoiled brats favorites. I do have to play bridge this morning but will beat it home as fast as I can to miss the storm. Actually tuna casserole was on our menu for last night, but too long a story, we had Chinese instead.
My request is for a nuked Yukon Gold potato toped with full strength cream of chicken soup and some cheesy spinach. In stock so no dangerous trip the market required.
Tonight potato and peas daal/soup served with chapatis,lime pickles,cucumber,tomato,celery,turnip and onion slices and homemade yogurt. To drink lassi or water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
Pork chops in the crockpot cooking in a mushroom/onion soup mixture with mushrooms. Will cook for 8 hours and then served over noodles. Family favorite and super easy!!
Roasted cauliflower, chickpea, and pomegranate bowl to go with more leftover meatballs.
