Tonight I am making the spicy garlic lime chicken that Karen in NH posted. I am making corn on the cob and rice pilaf to go with it.

Last night's roast beef dinner. Nothing fancy just good old comfort food.

We may be having an ice storm late this afternoon and into tonight, so I just want to stay home and enjoy a casserole with a salad. I think it will be Tuna Casserole cause that is one of spoiled brats favorites. I do have to play bridge this morning but will beat it home as fast as I can to miss the storm. Actually tuna casserole was on our menu for last night, but too long a story, we had Chinese instead.
