We are going to some friends for dinner, drinks and some challenging conversation about politics, their recent cruise and probably some gossip thrown it. Have no idea what is for dinner. It probably doesn't really matter, it is the company that does and we are very good friends.

The chili was made but not served. It's better after aging like fine wine.

I am making cheddar cheese omelets with a side of roasted potatoes. I might make some toast with butter as well.

Tomorrow is going to be a snow day so I think we'll be going out for an early dinner tonight while we can. Want to get back in time for the Oly opening ceremony.

Happy Friday!
