tonight, it is Salmon, with cous cous I think. Well i know salmon. I also will make a Caesar salad. If not cous cous think I will use up some of our veggies before they spoil and before we do our heavy monthly shopping. We do shop weekly as well, but the second Sat in the month is BIG shopping day.
Tonight we are having lobster bisque (with a healthy splash of cognac); romaine salad (with red onions, tomatoes and avocados); crusty baguettes and banana cream eclairs for dessert.
I may just have an artichoke tonight and make the boys eat leftovers.
