Found a recipe in Bon Appetite magazine while sitting in the doctors office this morning.

So for dinner we are having monkfish (substituted cod) chowder. It looked easy to make and interesting.

Recipe here: https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/mo...flower-chowder

Just a nasty weather day here today. It would be a great day to stay home and cook all day. Alas it is not too be. I have a busy run all over the place day.
I pulled some meatballs and red sauce out of the freezer. I will serve with whatever pasta is in the pantry. I will pick up a loaf of fresh crusty bread while I am out.
