Thanks Lilly, so glad you liked it.

I don't want to cook this evening, thinking about picking up some Vietnamese food.

Meeting my GF for girl time, the boys are left to the leftovers in the fridge. Considering how they demolished the enchiladas the first night, I don't think they will complain.

Got energetic yesterday and cleaned out both freezers. As you can imagine I found so many little containers of this and that, so after tossing a lot of them I decided to keep the packages of pork; pork fixed many ways, mostly bar b cued. We are having them tonight with broccoli and some kale salad. My freezers look so nice, you would think I was organized.

Thanks mr. magoo! It looks delicious. I am saving that recipe. It is just the kind of thing we like.
Here is last night's beef stew and garlic bread.

Tonight I am grilling up pork chops. I am also cooking up a batch of collards and I need to go start the potato salad right about now!

Ginger and lemongrass soup with crispy tofu and... either glass noodles/wild rice/black rice... not sure.

I may make thai sweet and sour turkey patties... Meh. I have an upset tummy and not sure what will sound good...
