Dined out tonight. Balsamic grilled chicken, on a bed of sautéed spinach and broccoli. And waaaay too many garlic knots.

I am looking forward to making grilled chicken/garlic brats topped with a variety of veggies and frozen ravioli on the side. With it we will have a small green salad. I guess with ravioli and brats you would call this a new, classic, Italian dinner directly from Germany.

What a storm we had yesterday.

Tonight a pot of green lentil soup served with garlic naan. To drink lassi. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit and later a cup of Darjeeling tea with gingersnap cookies.

Alm - I am on my way!

It looks like goulash, Spaetzle, salad and the pudding we did not get around to yesterday.

Hubby has been asking for steak and Caesar salad, so that’s what we’ll have. I am craving potato salad with Miracle Whip, but I’ll make that tomorrow.

Going out to dinner with my DH to a local Asian Fusion place. Going to have sushi and they make the best pork fried rice I ever had using pulled pork shoulder not that dry pork crud that most take out places serve.

In my never ending quest to make Chinese steamed fish like the restaurants, I will be velveting cod to steam with shoyu, green onions and ginger. A side salad as I have green onion flowers that taste amazing.
