Will find time to brown off a chuck roast and stick it in the crock pot. First it is church and later this afternoon there is church couples small bible study/socializing) group. I wish we could skip it, but just can't, so I will have to find time to get the meat on and the veggies in the pot, throw breakfast at Spoiled brat (well not literally) and get ready for this afternoon. I don't think I have made pot roast for 6 months of more. We will have a fruit salad with it and maybe another veggie.
SO is giving me big blue eyes but no answers. Boneless skinless chicken thighs stuffed with herbs/cream cheese and wrapped in bacon off the grill, big green salad with garlicky croutons from yesterday's Foccaccia, orange/apple salad.
I got some nice ripe avocados and some key limes @ the Farmers Market yesterday.
Heading out to the bakery in a few, to pick up some pastries and a loaf of sourdough.
Easy peasy Supper of Avocado toast with sliced grape tomatoes marininated in a bit of EVOO.

Speaking of eggs..I made 1/2 doz. pickled eggs with beets and vidalia onions last night..

I making meatloaf balls. In other words instead of forming it into one big loaf I am making them into meatballs. Roasted sweet potatoes and Cauliflower.
I got out to the store early this morning. DH is working today, so I know he’ll want something good for supper. I bought a turkey breast, so I’ll make some stuffing, cranberry sauce and peas. I think we’ll skip the mashed potatoes.
