I'm trying to be more mindful of what I eat and I ate a bigger than normal lunch, so for dinner I'm just having an Anderson-Erickson fat free peach yogurt. DH is having either frozen pizza that he'll add extra toppings to or frozen burritos that he will add extra toppings to.

Came home late from a ride down to the Jersey Shore, ergo desperation dinner;

Frittata made with sliced red potatoes, leftover asparagus, paper thin sliced chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese, onions.
Sourdough Toast
Coffee and mimosas.

I ate my leftover lasagna for lunch, so dinner was a turkey burger and some asparagus. Drank Foster's Lager. If I have room for dessert later, may enjoy some raspberries in yogurt.
