The potato wedges from last night's Safeway fried chicken meal, the rest of the Heinz brown gravy from last week and some shredded bagged cheddar cheese from Winco. Glass of flat ginger ale opened about two weeks ago. C'est magnifique, eh, mon hoseur?
Well I know we are having fruit salad and we are having sauteed bok choy. After that i have no idea. I might do a rice dish with pulled pork or chicken. Last week was so busy I didn't even take time to plan this weeks menu. Maybe this week will be a little slower.
Tonight's dinner will be cheeseburgers with all the usual suspects.
I also got myself motivated this morning and started smoking a 10lb pork shoulder ($.49 a lb!) for pulled pork tomorrow. I have been making this recipe for years with slight variations. Alabama Pulled Pig Recipe - Allrecipes.com

I think....... spaghetti with lemon and garlic with wilted arugula. Maybe DH and I will split a chicken breast with a mustard cream sauce?
Scratch that.
Chicken breast in mustard cream sauce, on a bed of baby greens (chard, kale, spinach) and a citrusy farro arugula salad with toasted walnuts.
