Tonight chicken Ragu with linguine and garden salad. To drink a glass of red wine ( Gato Negro Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile).For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit each.
pork patties with the rest of the asparagus, green salad and noodles. That should be plenty. I just thought the idea of pork patties instead of hamburger patties sounded good and a little different.
The temp is currently below zero here so I think I'll be making a warming lentil stew and a spinach & mushroom quiche or frittata.
