We are going to our granddaughters for fathers day lunch. Usually it is dinner, but due to her husband leaving on a business trip later today we are doing an early afternoon celebration. She is fixing "make your own sub" sandwiches. I am bringing a couple of light appetizers, one is stuffed cherry tomatoes. Our other granddaughter is bringing salad and dessert and daughter is bringing a pasta salad. Sounds like we will have food to take home, which is my favorite part of family get togethers.
