Even though it's a hot day, I'm going to be making Gwyneth Paltrow's turkey meatballs made with a lot of fresh herbs, and her go-to tomato sauce. To be served with some kind of curly pasta and a green salad.

Happy Friday!

Early dinner-b'kfast combo. Cast iron fried London broil with onions in champagne-butter sauce & 3 egg yolks. Yeah, that cheap tiny bottle of bubbly that gave me a miserable headache after 2 sips last night did make a wonderfully flavored sauce once flat.

Have a wonderful weekend, All. Hope you all get to spend time outdoors in the summertime sun!

The husband came home early today. He wanted to go to lunch. So we did. I had a lobster roll, fries and a Narragansett Lager. He had fish, chips and cole slaw. That will be our dinner. He is making (since it was his idea to go out for lunch) our boys chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots for dinner.

We went Suney's Pub. They have been around 50+ years. I love the old school places.

My tuna salad turned into chinese food last night. So tonight I will take the leftover crispy beef and make some fusion tacos.

More garden tomatoes (as long as they last!) and maybe some balsamic roasted broccoli.

If you could show me how to turn tuna salad into a Porterhouse steak, I'd be most appreciative! Have a great weekend, Debsi!
