I am still on a family vacation. We rented a house in the wilds of West Virginia. What a little slice of heaven!
Anywho tonight's dinner is kofta and haloumi skewers with a side of labne. I bought potato salad and beans from Kroger. I also made corn on the cob and served with Syrian bread I brought with us.

A few bites of a small garden salad with homemade lemon-oil dressing & a Guinness draught. I'll just nibble & sip all evening... just not hungry lately... too much interviewing stress & I'm a stress non-eater rather than stress eater.

Once I get hired, I'll have to binge on a giant cheese pizza.
