Tonight?

A Blucy!

A Blucy is a jucy lucy (a cheeseburger, with the cheese inside of the patty) in which blue cheese is used. I had this at The Blue Door Pub in St. Paul.

And, yes, it was outstanding!

I made chicken breast that Sliced thin, then I coated them with mayo and dipped in bread crumbs then baked. Served it on Honey wheat bread with cheese. So basically we had chicken cutlet sandwiches. I did not make anything else because I was not in the mood. Might have some fresh pineapple later for a snack.

Gosh, I'm just not hungry lately. Homemade, spicy fish cakes with mackerel/potatoes/heavy cream, cast iron fried. Nectarine. Not thirsty either. Oh, boo...
