Had an excellent olive sandwich today. Green salad olives, Blue plate mayonaise, homemade sourdough bread plus some good potato chips.

tonight I am doing a Mexican dinner using some pulled pork I have had frozen for awhile. We will have tacos, with hatch chiles mixed into the meat, beans (not refried) and guacamole salad. Actually the tacos may end up being tostadoes (spelling) they are easier than trying to get too much into a taco.

Tonight is pizza night!
Ingredients will be Durum flour,tomato paste,oregano,onions,ginger,garlic,tomato slices,green olives,green Bell pepper,red Bell pepper,green and red chilies and Canadian old cheddar cheese.Served with grated white radish salad in an olive oil,white vinegar,salt/black pepper vinaigrette. To drink Hacker-Pschorr Münchner Gold beer.Later by the fireplace a variety of my baked Christmas cookies and a glass of red mulled wine/Glühwein.
