pan fried pork chops for DH, I am also making a tossed salad for both of us and steamed green beans. No meat tonight for me but I may add tuna fish to my salad.
mr. magoo, we are having sort of an Asian-style dinner tonight too. We are having hoisin-glazed pork meatballs over rice noodles, spicy cabbage, Moscow Mules and caramel fudge brownies with whipped cream for dessert.

Big fat ribeyes and baked potatoes - actually Instant Pot "baked" potatoes because it's 86 and we haven't turned on the AC yet and I don't want to turn it on yet. Not because of the AC cost, but because I love warm weather and while it gets uncomfortable in the late afternoon/early evening, it's perfect other than that. Unfortunately, my husband doesn't like the heat. He wanted to turn the AC on yesterday.
