Yesterday I made pork meatball banh mi with spicy mayo, daikon and carrot slaw, with thinly sliced jalapeno and cilantro. I always make at least a double batch of the meatballs. The meatballs get sauteed in sesame oil.
Tonight garlic herb butter ( butter,lemon,rosemary,curly parsley and dry white wine) roasted chicken with asparagus and salt potatoes garnished with curly parsley.To drink a glass of local Ontario white wine. For dessert strawberry and black berry fruit salad with warm vanilla sauce.
Last night, I made a linguica and turkey meatloaf, peas, and iced tea, DH had a glass of beer (saw bottle being rinsed out for recycling - from Adroit Theory).
Stove top bottom round beef roast with baby carrots/onions/ mushrooms.

Tonight I am making a big batch of red sauce and meatballs. I will serve with rigatoni and a half a loaf of ciabatta that I am turning into garlic bread.
Meatballs with marinara sauce, dinner rolls, and salad for this evening.
