Used yesterday's leftover pulled pork in a burrito. Drank Modelo Negra beer. Raspberries in yogurt for dessert.

though Sundays are traditional special dining day, like a nice roast, a beautiful bar b cue or something like that, today not so: we are having Chinese. I will do stir fry with shrimp, rice and pot stickers. Chinese is one of my favorite to do and to eat.

We just found a new Chinese restaurant, and I’m craving it again because it was so good. I want to experiment the next time.....I’m in a Hunan Chicken rut.

date night last night. Salmon filet with mashed potatoes and a glass of pinot grigio for me.

Tonight will be pork chop, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli with lemon butter, peaches for dessert.
