It is raining buckets here and it feels cozy inside.I feel like baking bread today using the spices,anise,caraway and coriander seeds.
For dinner tonight vegetarian chili with homemade plain yogurt,fresh coriander and garlic buttered naan. To drink lassi. Maybe later a cup of chai.
Love that fall weather: we are supposed to be pretty cool in a day of so. thus tonight is fish and chips night with cold slaw.. later in the week I am making cream of potato soup. It will be the first soup of the fall
All of last week's dinners were mostly take-out because I've been swamped at work. Tonight we are having shrimp and calamari in arrabbiata sauce over linguine, garlic toast, caprese salad and pumpkin pie cupcakes for dessert. I already wish it was the weekend!
Tonight is DH's birthday so we got a beautiful prime, 2" thick porterhouse steak which will go on the grill.
