I've baked rye with caraway, Alm, but never the other 2 spices. I'll have to add that to my list of things to make this fall. Oh & I've been offered a new job in CO, so am headed back as soon as I can pack up my teeny tiny SUV. Once arrived, I'll be making your famous yogurt to have on hand for daily b'kfast with a handful of fruit!

Mikala... Happy B'day to hubby.

For me, add another notch on the doorpost for ribeye. Mine was percolating in the small crockpot all night, so I'm eating it cold with a handful of giant stuffed olives, artichoke hearts & dill pickles, washed down with a lovely Mango Even Keel Session IPA. For you IPA drinkers, it's Ballast Pt ale, which has an ever so delicately fruity, but hearty flavor we like, if you'd care to give it a try. Bonus is, it's normally under $10.

Are we not supposed to post web pics here, only personal pics? I've had a number of current & previous comments changed to N/A on posts where I've posted a pic. Oddly, however, the pics/posts weren't deleted.

Needed something fast and easy on the stomach (feeling sick lately) so it was scrambled eggs with some cheddar. DH cooked a couple of pieces of sausage for himself.

I am going to make old fashioned spaghetti and meatballs, served over spaghetti squash and buttered corn on the side.

Back in the Carolinas for a visit. Tonight was country ham, coleslaw, baked squash, cornbread, and iced tea.

A pair of bun less hot dogs in wraps minus some carbs with fiber added. Tomato wedges and carrot salad for sides. Tomorrow will improve exponentially I hope.
