Break a tortilla into pieces and saute those pieces in a pan with onions or other veggies until crispy, then add eggs and cook until done. Top with cheese if you like. I would also add salsa, but you said you didn't want Mexican ideas.

I heat up a frying pan with a small amount of oil and I pan fry them to add a little crisp, cut them up and eat them like chips with a salad.

I wasn't aware that people bought random, unknown food items. You buy it and then proceed to Google?

They are not unknown. They are new to me. I bought a vanilla pod in the bulk food section & I did not know how to use it, so yes, I did look it up on the internet. I also make spelt & quinoa salads etc, all of which, were new to me, when I first bought them. I like to experiment.

The easiest would be a variation of this:

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/...recipe-3645030

Or just fill it with the things you like , roll it up and have at it.

Create your own recipe.

It can be as simple or as elaborate as you like.

I eat tortillas alone even. Throw it on the gas burner, slather it with butter and I’m good to go.

I do low carb and buy the low carb tortillas every week. You can put just about anything in them and eat. I do eggs , hamburgers , hotdogs . I even do a pizza and throw sauce and cheese on and bake.

Make a grilled cheese with them. AKA Quesadilla.
or
Spread the flour tortilla with cream cheese then top with sliced green, red, yellow peppers. Jalapeno if you like spicy. Then roll it up, slice and munch.

Place one on a plate. Put 2 real cheddar cheese slices on it, keep the cheese 1/2 inch from edge of tortilla. Cover with another tortilla and microwave for 30 secs. YUMMM!
