DH is sick, so I will probably make chicken and wild rice with veggie soup. I've been meaning to make stock and this would be a good time.

Ordered in Thai. My red curry was tasty but had no heat, wife's green curry was a little spicy.

I will do fish, probably salmon, make a nice Kale salad and some cous cous. I might also have tomatoes and cottage cheese. At least I get to stay at home for a few days and get back in a routine.

BTW, yes, daughter repeated last year and won for the best travel agency in NWA> She beat out major companies like AAA so we are very proud. I guess no matter how old our kids get or how old we get, we are still excited about bragging about our kids. I know bragging isn't nice, but it is hard to control.

nmnita, congratulations to your daughter. You have a right to be proud of her accomplishment, so brag on!

Black bean soup
Biscuits
Salad

I found a great Black Bean soup recipe for my IP. It uses an orange for flavoring, among other things.

My boys are on their February school break. Today we took them down to check out submarines in CT. It was pretty cool! We just happened to stumble on this restaurant Paul's Pasta Website We were leary but it was pretty darn good!
I had a small salad with gorgonzola. Look at those wooden bowls! We had those growing up in the 70s and 80s!

I then had five cheese lasagna. I also had a Peroni to drink.

And I got a ginger spice cake with lemon curd filling to go.

This was my lunch and the leftovers my dinner!
