What’s For Dinner? 2019 Edition (weird, menu, restaurants, mushroom)

A large organic banana, followed by a Stone Hop Revolution IPA & a pool of water.
That's it... I've been eating big b'kfasts & very small dinners lately.

I'll wake up at 4am to have a nice salad, eggs, crockpot beef and/or a banana-apple smoothie before an hour of weights & yoga. Yep, before... who are these off-kilter robots who can exercise on an empty stomach!?

4 interviews tomorrow... off to bed at 3pm... hope I can sustain this wild life.

T-bone steaks and baked potatoes

I have thick cut pork chops being sous vide right now. I will finish them in a hot cast iron pan and make a garlic and thyme pan sauce to drizzle over top. I will serve with mashed sweet potatoes and homemade cream biscuits.

bought some steakhouse marinated beef tips (from bottom sirloin flap meat)

cooked em in my air fryer medium rare .. mmm mmm good!!

Made scrambled eggs with onions and cheddar cheese and toaster waffles with syrup

I'm using some of my pre-baby freezer stores today -- I thawed out a container of potato-leek soup.

Will serve with a loaf of french bread for dipping and a cheddarwurst sausage with mustard.

Strawberry & blueberry fruit salad if I get my act together.
