Too lazy to make anything else, but needing to start thinking about other ways to use garden tomatoes.

Half and core them, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and salt, slow roast in the oven until they are almost leathery. Makes great tomatoe paste or chop and add to pasta with lots of garlic/olive oil/herbs.

We are having a few warmer and sunny days for a change and we are invited for a BBQ tonight.
I will make potato salad....

sliced potatoes
chopped red onions
vegetable broth
white vinegar
Dijon mustard
olive oil
pinch of sugar
chives from my garden
salt/black pepper
