Thought it would be a good day to use the oven since it's cool, so suggested that hubby make a Pizza Rustica to use up some ricotta we've had for a while. It will also have lots of peppers and Italian sausage. I'm lucky to be married to a dough guy who will happily make anything involving a rolling pin.
Costco had some angus brisket, chuck, short rib beef patties, so we will pop a couple on the grill. No good buns, so plain, or in lettuce or whatever.
Baked potato, and sauteed sugar snap peas.
