I think tonight will be big shrimp salads. Romaine, arugula, celery, carrots, beets, hard boiled eggs, avocado, quinoa, fennel, mushrooms.... I think that's it.... gotta use some stuff up before it goes bad.

Edit: red cabbage, cucumber, mushrooms

DH wants spaghetti, so I’m about to get a big pot of sauce with Italian sausage going. Garlic bread and a veg or salad.

Last night had a mix of chicken tenders with many dipping sauce options, a Chopt avocado something salad with tortilla strips and probiotic cranberries (?) or poms - [cant remember now. I’d have to get up to look but too comfy on the couch right now ]. Water on the side. Not sure what we’ve decided on for dinner tonight. Maybe fish? Maybe I’ll look through some of these responses for inspiration

Asked Mr C if he was up for pasta. Replied, “thought we were going to do KFC?!!”. Oh yeah. We did talk about that ‘cuz I was thinking side order of the Mac n cheese to make up for the night I knocked over the box. . Now I have to make sure our local has that as a side. I remember different KFCs have different side but can’t remember which ones have what. We are running out of butter, juice, and eggs, fruit like oranges too so must make a grocery run today.

Alm, I am going to make that soup this Saturday for lunch. Will it be as tasty with black beans do you think?

Tonight is veal osso bucco cooked in a red wine sauce and served over polenta; green beans; a bottle of Chianti and iced carrot cake for dessert.
