Yes! We've been doing a LOT more baking. My kids are home from school and they're good at it. I'm actually learning a lot from them. It's been a lot of fun for all of us.

Dinner was lovely! My son and I had salmon, asparagus, and coleslaw. He cooked the thick, wonderful piece of salmon to perfection. I was in charge of the asparagus, setting the table, and uncorking the wine. OK, we bought the coleslaw, but that was fine with me.

A little bread is always nice with pulled pork, but whatever. As long as the food was good, it was good enough. I don't like to eat chili without a starch, but I have.
