Tonight we are having skillet fried chicken thighs browned and then cooked slowly in a lemon, lime sauce with a diced jalapeno and browned small potatoes. Also I will make a broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage salad and steam just a few green beans. I rarely cook a meal in a skillet anymore so this will be a different adventure.

I made sourdough butter biscuits yesterday, and (she says surprised) they turned out really well.

So, at DH's request they will become a dinner breakfast of biscuits and sausage country gravy and scrambled eggs. It needs something healthy in there so probably cantaloupe.
