I had a Marie Callender's Grilled Chicken Pesto Cavatelli bowl. I picked up a pair of these frozen dinners from Wegmans the other day and glad that I did. I had not heard of Marie Callender's before then. My, my. They do a great job for a tv dinner!

I have a feeling it will be meatloaf and baked potato. Maybe I have enough yellow squash to pick. If so, I’ll just sauté it in a bit of butter.

Tonight chicken curry in a yogurt sauce with basmati rice.To drink lemon water.For dessert mango slices.

olive oil
add chopped red onion,ginger,garlic,green chili and gently cook
then sauté turmeric,coriander,cumin powder,mace and garam masala for a few seconds
then add tomato paste or pureed tomatoes and salt to taste reducing heat
next add plain thick yogurt stirring well (yogurt must not curdle)
then add chicken breast/thighs and cook for a few minutes
lastly add water,bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer until chicken is done
cilantro leaves for garnish
